Meeting Schedules

Council Meetings
Regular Council Meetings (open to public) are held at 7:00 pm on the 1st and 3rd Monday of every month except during July and August when they will be held July 21 and August 23.    If any meeting night falls on a Public Holiday that meeting is held on the following Tuesday.  All meetings are held at the Municipal Office, 859 Melrose Road. 

Since this is an election year, Fall Council meeting dates for 2010 are not following the usual meeting schedule.  October, November and December meetings are as follows:

October 12 at 7:00pm
November 15 at 7:00pm
December 4 - Inaugural Meeting - Time TBA
December 13 at 7:00pm

If you would like to be put on the agenda to discuss an issue with Council, the Clerk must be notified by noon on the preceding Thursday, with a brief description, in writing, of the issue at hand.
