Helping Hands Food BankDates: Thursday June 03, 2010 to Sunday October 13, 2013
The Helping Hands Food Bank serves the residents of Tyendinaga Township. There is a great need for the following items: fresh garden produce, Kraft dinner, canned tuna and salmon, pork and beans, canned fruit and veggies, pasta and sauce, peanut butter, children's lunch items and plastic grocery bags. Please drop off at the Tyendinaga Township Fire Hall between 8:00am and 4:00pm on Wednesdays. Thank you for your continued generosity.
7th Annual Township of Tyendinaga Golf TournamentDates: Saturday September 18, 2010 to Saturday September 18, 2010

Come out and join us for the 7th Annual Township Golf Tournament. This tournament is a scramble (best ball) format. All golfers will receive 18 holes of golf, power cart, steak dinner and a prize. Other prizes include Closest to the Pin and Closest to the Rope. The cost is $80 per golfer and registration will be accepted until September 10th at the Township Office (859 Melrose Rd, Shannonville 8:30-4:00pm, Mon.-Fri.)
Belleville Police Association Scramble Golf TournamentDates: Wednesday September 22, 2010 to Wednesday September 22, 2010

The Belleville Police Association Scramble Golf Tournament is being held September 22. This tournament is in support of Belleville Adopt-A-Child Program and QHC Paediatrics Ward. It is a 4-person scramble format with a competitive Division and a Fun Division. The cost is $90 per person ($50 per Briar Fox Member)which includes golf, power cart, pig roast and a great prize table. There will be a silent auction, Hole-in-One prizes compliments of Carl Cox Motors & R.V.'s, and 4 Ocean Adventure Cruises for 2 to be given away compliments of Marshman Jewellers.
